You and Dually are in my prayers. I hope the persons who did this to him are punished severely. It is hard to believe your states attorney doesn't know if a crime was even committed.

I can't express the anger I feel towards the individuals that did this to you and your beloved Dually. I would personally like to see those individuals treated and harmed as they did-saying goes "they should GET what they GAVE!" Next best thing is that they get punished to the extent the law should allow. But that doesn't help all you and your beloved "friend" have to endure. Know my prayers go out to you.

Wendy - you and Dually have been in my prayers daily. From the comment Ms. Schumacher left re: his condition at the Vet's it sounds like he is starting to heal - God is answering everyone's prayers. I believe justice will be served, hopefully soon, if not, one day by a Higher Power. Continued updates on Dually's and your recovery are appreciated.

I saw Dually the other day at the clinic. He was being happily hand grazed. He was very sweet. He nickered and nickered to the horse I had waiting on the trailer. So much in fact that I gladly took Legacy off to be a grazing buddy. Isn't it amazing how resiliant our equine friends can be.

Wendy, I am horrified over what happened. I don't know you or your horse, yet tears come to my eyes when I think about how you both have suffered.
